- Portrait or landscape orientation
- Paddock names & sizes Road names, creek/river names & key property features
- Upload options for a rough sketch, aerial image or existing map

The Design Process
1. Secure your commission spot
Purchase your custom farm map through the website to reserve your selected month (limited spots available each month).
2. Complete your Farm Map Form
A link to your Farm Map Form will be sent in your purchase confirmation email.
This form includes:
Property details
Names & map features
Colour preferences
Orientation selection
File uploads (rough sketch, aerial image or existing map)
Important: To keep commission timelines running smoothly, your completed Farm Map Form and all required files must be submitted at least 1 week prior to the 1st day of your booked commission month. If onboarding details are received after this date, your commission may need to move to the next available month.
3. Optional phone consult
If needed, we may schedule a call for clarification.
4. Draft stage
Within 1–3 weeks of your commission month commencing, you’ll receive your first draft preview via email.
5. Revisions
Your package includes up to 4 minor revisions.
6. Final delivery
Once approved, you’ll receive your final high-quality PDF files ready for printing.
Timing: Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks from commencement of your commission month to final delivery, depending on map complexity and response times during revisions.

Extra Notes
Additional edits beyond the included 4 revisions will be charged at $60/hour
